Metaxa is made by weakening matured barrel quality grape liquor with muscat wine and botanicals (like anise flower petals and so forth). Each star speaks to a year's maturing. 40 ABV. Kind of the five star is nectar flower and organic product wood with an ethanol nibble (contrasted with the 7 star). Meager fast completion. Taste room temp or with ice.
