Ron Zacapa Royal Solera Gran Reserva Especial is a small-batch rum crafted from virgin sugar cane honey in the Guatemalan highlands, finished in rare French oak casks from Le Bois du Roy. Master Blender Lorena Vásquez selects the most mature rums from their highland cellars, finishing them in French oak from four royal forests whose wood has been protected since the 13th century.

Paraiso is the oldest expression in Barcardi's Facundo range of premium sipping rums. Aged initially in white oak, the rums are married and rested in French oak casks before bottling. Rich but not sweet with notes of nutmeg, sultanas and stem ginger, this is one to sip neat and savour. A blend of rums up to 23 years old, with a higher proportion of older rums than any others in the Facundo range. Finished in XO Cognac casks it comes in a decanter bottle engraved with the Bacardi family seal. More subtle than Eximo and Exquisito, which both flaunt their oak proudly, this is the pinnacle of the range and should certainly be enjoyed neat.

The don't come much rarer than this, the Flor De Cana V Generaciones 30 Year Single Barrel Rum is an expression of Central America's finest, with the Nicaraguan producer meticulously crafting this fine and rare rum over 3 long decades.

A masterpiece of the finest aged rums drawn from hand selected 20 year old single barrels from a special place in the oldest rum warehouses. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a mixed drink. This special lot was named Reserva de la Familia Serrallés, producing a rum robust in color and aroma, with a very silky and refined taste in the palate. In 1994, the Serrallés family tasked themselves with aging a special rum in charred American white oak barrels. From this original lot of 36 barrels, the best samples were chosen for the creation of a truly sublime blend. This singular blend was combined and returned to the charred barrels for a few months so a balance between aroma and taste could be achieved.
