This Mezcal has an extremely unmistakable taste. Unpredictable zesty. Not sweet. I wish I could recollect the value I paid. I think it was on a standard with a nice single malt. Presumably it was less expensive. Like a fine bourbon I drink this straight or with a sprinkle of water. I've discovered that pleasantness
